To protect your data this regulation requires that we seek your consent to use your data in the context of the provision of services and information between US (the Property Manager) and YOU the Data Subject (tick box); this is part of the Contractor Portal registration process. By giving consent to use your data you agree to receive written and/or verbal communication from the Property Manager. Such communications may be shared with the developer of the property requiring your services, during our instructions to you to carry out works necessary in the rectification of defects at the property.
Furthermore, it will be necessary to provide you with contact details of the occupants at the property for you to carry out works as instructed by us. At no time shall this personal data be shared with any other third party other than those involved directly in the delivery of your service.
